How does METIS integrate with existing systems?

Yes, METIS is designed to scale from analysis on single components to entire fleet management suite, as required by the user.

What kind of support is available for METIS users?

Each METIS license includes onboarding training for each identified user as well as troubleshooting ticketing services from our team of sustainment experts. Additional advanced data analytics and forecasting (ADAF) support is available upon request.

How secure is the data processed by METIS?

While METIS does have cloud capability, it is also designed to be deployed onto client assets within their firewalls, not requiring any transference of proprietary and sovereign data sources.

What are the hardware requirements for running METIS?

For this setup, you’ll need a Linux operating system, ideally Debian 12 (latest version). The CPU should have at least 16 cores; the more cores you have, the more jobs can run concurrently. A minimum of 32 GB of RAM is recommended, scaling at about 2 GB per processor core. Storage requirements include a 1 TB SSD for the operating system and software, along with at least 8 TB of slower storage, ideally configured with mirroring or a parity drive for redundancy. Additionally, Docker is required as a software dependency.
