Bryan Scurry, Former Commander, Naval Air Forces (CNAF) Executive Director, Joins Xiphos Partners Senior Advisory Board

New Bedford, MA. – March 5, 2025 – Xiphos Partners, a leader in advanced technology and services for the aerospace, defense, and energy industries, today announced the addition of Bryan Scurry, executive director (ret.), Commander, Naval Air Forces (CNAF) to its Senior Advisory Board, effective immediately.  

Mr. Scurry brings extensive expertise in naval aviation, mission systems, and command and control, having retired from the Senior Executive Service (SES) in 2023 as executive director for CNAF. His leadership in integrating data analytics into flight operations has made a lasting impact on naval readiness and operational effectiveness.

Before his role at CNAF, Mr. Scurry served as Assistant Chief Engineer for Mission Systems Architecture at NAVWAR and led the Command and Control Department at NIWC Pacific, shaping the future of warfighting networks and information dominance. Today, as a leading industry executive, he continues to drive innovation across multiple defense sectors.
